Actually I have just done just that...(it's 3am here! I was on the phone at 2am) but I'm working the night shift and it's part of my job to. Wonder if OP and his date are shiftworkers too???
Mo_Do Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Had a date scheduled for last Tuesday, the morning of she cancelled stating a very busy work week (last week of school, 100% believable). Asked if we could talk later that night, I agreed. Except I passed out and missed her 2 texts - I replied in the am that I had an early night, and asked how her day was going. No reply, I figure she thinks I was playing games (I wasn't).

Now it's 00:37 of the next day and she hasn't replied. I'm not going to call her again tonight at 2:00 am just in case you were wondered. Anyway next week she is about to leave for a month to travel abroad. If anything I think I should wait till she would return and ask her what's up

At least if she hears earnestness and interest in your voice, you may have a chance. Texts are far too impersonal.

Yea but after a month withhout contact don't you think it would be better to restart contact via text messeages?

Like I said before when a woman is truly interested she is never too "busy" to respond. Tip: always go by their actions, not what they say to you. She's pushed you away. Don't hold your breath. 1
