Grevensteiner Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Well, I'm 20 and I have been about a month in a relationship with a girl. That was the first girl I've been with, through the whole month I could see signs of interest all over coming from her. And then suddenly she's changed. Over a period of 2 weeks she started to completely ignore my messages, and when we've seen each other 2 days ago, she behaved like I just didn't exist (when I nodded her she just turned her head away)...No idea what happened, she seems SINGLE and happy (facebook). Now it's been a month after she has changed, and the pain is still here. Why does it hurt so much although it was barely a month? Why did she suddenly become so cold after such a relationship, that she doesn't initiate contact since 2 weeks up to now?
ThorntonMelon Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Why does it hurt so much although it was barely a month? Different things affect different people...well, differently. But you probably are in a stage of limerence - more in love with the idea of her than the actual her. Good news is it will get better, though meeting/seeing others helps a lot. Why did she suddenly become so cold after such a relationship, that she doesn't initiate contact since 2 weeks up to now? Most likely she lost interest, for reasons you're never going to know. It's just part of the dating game.
