Bruce Leigh Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Anybody who has wandered into the consolidated height thread will see that some people have suggested that the shorter man is equal to the overweight woman in the dating world. You can debate that all day, that isn't my question. And again, what is short and what is overweight varies from person to person. Women who have dated/LTR with shorter guys with height esteem issues, how long did you typically give them to get the message that it didn't matter to you? Before you said enough is enough? Men who have dated/LTR with overweight women with weight esteem issues, how long did you give them to get the message that it didn't matter to you? Before you said enough is enough? I don't know if this question has been asked before, not even sure how i would search for it either
Smilecharmer Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) Men who were shorter? I didn't have to. They didn't have self esteem issues. They knew they were a catch. I thought they were the bees knees. I've never dated a man who is overweight. Not my type. Edited June 23, 2014 by Smilecharmer
Mycteria Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 My boyfriend is 5' 6" and he's incredibly confident. If he weren't, his height would bother me (only because it would bother him). As it is, I didn't even notice it until one day when he jokingly referenced it.
