I struggle with social anxiety so don't have any friends. My parents are on holidays for 10 days so I'm at home by myself.

My brother hasn't called me once during the 10 days they've been gone and his girlfriend who I'm good friends with has 2 kids who I adore. I'm good to them and babysit and have taken them out for meals etc, always invite them places.

I had been telling her all summer we should all go strawberry picking with the kids. This Friday I asked if her and my brother would pick me up and we could go strawberry picking. She said she didn't know because he's busy but she'd ask him. I never heard from her and a day later she posts pictures on facebook of her strawberry picking at the same place I asked if we could go to. Am I overreacting or is she just mean?

Don't take it personal, she care more about her family than she cares about you. While for you this was a priority I bet she forgot all about it after 5 minutes you told her ....

If you're babysitting regularly for free for them... then yes, I think it's pretty unappreciative of her to treat you like that. Has she shown appreciation in other ways? If she hasn't, then you might want to reconsider the time you're putting in for them.

She is insensitive.

Ask your brother what happened. If he didn't go, she may have felt odd asking you along.

So I told my brothers girlfriend I felt hurt I wasn't invited, she explained it wasn't planned and they were just passing. Anyway, we resolved it and were fine. Next day my brother hears about it and tells me if I have a problem with them going places I should tell him and not his girlfriend. He called me a cunt a few times and said if I did this again he will stop me from seeing his girlfriend (who im friends with) and her kids (they aren't even his kids). They've been dating for 6 months.

I'd never speak to your brother again. It's NEVER OK to call somebody the C-word.

That's what I've told him. Told him he's dead to me.

do not react emotionally, it is better to think wisely

I NEVER speak again to ANY man who uses the C word. Even if he is a brother. I'll even go so far as to guess that he may have something to do with your anxiety issues.

Stay friends with her.

Ignore him.
