Ever since last night in the am i kept thinking about the ex, missing her dreaming about her, waking up, looking at my phone to see if she had texted, but notn. Been thinking about her waiting for a hi all day, she has been texting me a lot for the past few days, but not today :( i still havent broke NC for 3/4 weeks.

I was just browsing today and i read that full moon makes guys go crazy, specially on friday and more if its fri the 13th and damn.. it did.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I know the full moon affects some people, not sure about feelings. Maybe, I don't know.

They do say the ERs get flooded during the full moon.

The mood thing is an urban legend. It's not true. You'd miss your ex just as much if it was a new moon.

KALI!! i miss you now that it's a full moon and friday the 13th.

also, deciding that you have a "reason" such as a full moon to miss your ex more today is just an excuse to worry about missing your ex.

as for people being crazier? yeah. it makes people crazier. just look outside.

There is actually no evidence to support the notion that a full moon makes people go crazy. It's simply pseudoscience!

It's just coincidental that you're thinking about your ex more than usual tonight. It's just part of the grieving process... some days you miss them more than others.

I personally don't believe in that, I know it's the 14th now in my time zone but I haven't thought about the ex all day until just now when I read this thread.

The day felt no different to me than yesterday, or the day before. :)

For me it's true.. but, that's because we broke up on January 13 - and 2 months ago - we broke contact and talked on that blood red moon night - so, the full moon always marks another month gone by...

hang in there!

p.s NC means, NC... if she's texting you - then... jeeze man... you're starting over everytime...

Didn't notice anything unusual. Except that the parking lot was quite empty when I drop to the gym today. Made my life so much easier for parking.

I'm not one to believe in superstition - nor have I heard of this one in particular before - but I will say with 100% honesty, this morning around 7AM I woke up and had a cry about an ex I have never had so much as a whimper over previously.

The guy dropped me cold with little explanation, yet I had no trouble moving on and writing him off. However for some reason, this morning I woke up with tears in my eyes, hurt over it and missing him enough to almost want to text him something venomous. I didn't, but still..that has never happened to me before.

Meh, it's quite strange for sure, and while in my right mind I'll chalk it up as a fluke, it's still a little fun trying to attach some meaning to the Friday the 13th + full moon phenomenon.

I actually did miss her pretty bad yesterday. Yet I don't believe Friday the 13th has anything to do with it (as a calendar is a pretty subjective concept). And the full moon only influences people in so far as the nights are pretty bright and many people probably have a light sleep due to that, which in turn leads to waking up often (and remembering dreams better) and tiredness, which encourages accidents.
