So friends, I met this girl in my office who was in the HR team. I used to casually speak to her on office communicator. One day she told me that she's been fired. Few days later I asked her for lunch , she agreed. Later on , we kept contact on the chat and Phone( calling her once in 2-3 days).

Later I asked her for lunch again, she agreed to go out with me.

Whenever I ask her for lunch or dinner , she agrees, but she never calls me. It's always me , who has to take initiatives to talk to her.

I am really not sure what this girl wants from me. Have I been friend-zoned or is she using me just as a time-pass?

You'll have to keep seeing her to figure it out. She could be playing hard to get as well.

Don't put all your eggs in that one basket.

See other women but continue to see her occasionally. Eventually she'll give you signals that'll tell you whether or not she is interested.

Thanks guys!! Should I stop calling her. day before yesterday we made plans to hang out yesterday. She works in 2 PM -11 Pm shift( By the way I am from India). She said she would be free around 7 pm. I should come to her office and hangout with her in her office cafeteria. When I called her at 6:30 , she didn't pick up the phone and sent a msg that she's busy. Later when I called her again..she picked up and said she would be free only at 9. When I reached her office at 9 PM, her office cafeteria was closed and we went out to a nearby mall to have dinner.

All the while she was punching me and making fun like I can't have 'Virgin Mozito' drink as I am not a virgin etc etc.

I am not sure if I should pursue her any further.

Today I called her, she said she would call me in some time..which she didn't.
