starslinedinlace Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 My ex boyfriend and I recently have had no contact for about about 12 days. Today is my birthday and he called me twice and left a voicemail telling me happy birthday and to call him if I wanted to. I never called him back but sent a text thanking him for the birthday wishes and he didn't respond. I don't want to seem to available to him and I was just wondering if this was a good move I guess. Any thoughts?

SomeHeart Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 I think you did the right thing. It was nice of him to attempt to call and leave you a voicemail. If you're determined on the break up then I think that just a text was the right thing to do.
