and i don't mean cheate don once, but like your girlfriend/boyfriend having a side person or cheating on you multiple times and you find out eventually.

 

i mean how could you trust anyone again?

 

its gotta be hard to get over and to hold in the hurt feelings and not lashing out

I just had to understand that was my ex's choice. Just because he did it doesn't mean all men will. It does take time to heal. I'm also now aware of the warning signs. But I will not punish my bf for my ex's decision. (I don't call it a mistake because cheaters know exactly what they are doing. A mistake is to accidentally do something wrong or inflicting pain. Cheaters KNOW what they are doing causes the other person pain; they just don't care).

Time, and realising that you are better than them and they are weak and cowardly. No contact helps too. I also persuaded myself that karma is a b*tch ;).
