What I do to overcome this, depends on what time I have available. For instance, if I have a: 1) Lots of time: Go to gym - usually bounces me out of a bad mood. 2) Medium amount: Watch a comedy or do some of my course. 3) go to a daily motivational or humour website What do you do to stop thinking negatively?
