shes so stupid!

so i found out by email this morning from my lawyer that my ex just screwed me over and screwed herself over even worse.

 

so to be brief this is what happend

 

the whole reason why she took me to court 4 years ago was strictly to get money because she was over spending

 

since we make the same income and take care of our child equally she cant get child support from me, all said and done, after 4 years of court, nothing will change, our schedual is going to be the same, and it was a waste of time and money. (she suddenly decided she wanted full custody and for me to only have her 4 days a month, instead of a week on week off, just so she could get money out of me)

 

so before we went to court my ex put my kid in 7 different activities in the last 6 months , and she rejected my money when i offered to pay half, but in court she said she wanted me to pay half, even though i had statements of her saying that she didnt want me to pay half .

 

basically shes just very snobby and refuses to be civil towards me at all.

 

well so the reason why i am posting why she is so stupid now is

 

she took me to court, costed both of us 6 thousand dollars. each. just so she could try to get money out of me. in the end i agreed to pay her 600 dollers back(half of the difference for activities). then its tax season, and since she refuses to sign an agreement for rotating claiming our child each year on income tax, she now has to pay back 17000 dollars and i have to pay back 2600 dollars. because she wont make an agreement. so the tax center has decided to take back every last cent that they have given her and me.

 

so basically all said and done , inorder for her to get a measly 600 dollars out of me in court. she spent 6000 dollars on a lawyer, and she shes paying back 17000, because she doesnt like the idea of me being able to claim my kid every second year, so she would rather pay 23000 back and take my 600 dollars then make an equal agreement .

 

so in the end it costed her a total of 23000 , and me a total of 9200 and nothing is going to change, and shes going to be a snob still, and our schedual is going to be the same, i really cant stop laughing about how stupid she is, its okay, i can pay off 9200 bucks, but really? shes going to spend 23000 dollars inorder to get 600! from me! man! LOL, ok, well anyways, thats my story, post comments below,
