sportygirl89 Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 My ex told me the new girlfriend was not the type of person to have sex with. I'm typically told I'm the good girl or straight laced and the type to bring home to mom (I rarely sleep around). I pulled the plug on trying to be friends with him (as he wanted to be friends and have his cake and eat it too). I got out of him 1) That I was just used for sex and he won't admit it 2) To make him self feel bigger and break me down. Both feel dead on.
halfcrazed_i Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 It doesn't look like you need any more help sussing out your ex. I think you pretty much have it nailed. You were right to pull the plug on him. I'm sorry that this happened to you though, but in the long-end, good riddance to him.

I didn't want it to happen since he chose to live like 2 miles from me and literally works outside of my complex. I posted my story on here earlier. But the hardest thing that eats me up s what I could have done differently. But I now realize no friend of any type (even shady) would tell me that harshly to my face, maybe bluntly but not to try to break someone down.

It's never nice when a relationship of any kind ends, but in time you do see that it was for the right reasons. Onward and upward, lady!
