Anyone experienced telepathic feelings for a potential date or spouse

This is really strange, but has anyone experienced "sudden spontaneous intense thoughts about a lover/spouse in an accident or pain" even when they are very far away.

Ten years ago, in high school, I had asked this girl out to the senior dance, and she rejected me. I was hurt and bitter, but didn't hate her, because its okay she wasn't attracted to me in that way.

But a year later, she must have changed her mind and started liking me. Maybe because I had a nice car or joined a frat in college. I had moved on and started seeing other girls at college, but she seemed really obsessed with me, or expecting that I should "kiss up to her and win her back" even though I had moved on. I guess there are a lot of "pretty girls" who think nice guys should be "eternally pleading for her attention."

So, I never really had strong feelings for her (besides the bitter rejection) and I tried to make small talk with her but never much of an attempt to rekindle a serious relationship or friendship over the past ten or so years. I didn't think we would ever have a future as a couple.

But on Saturday, I was at home and for no apparent reason and out of nowhere, I started thinking about her NAME intensely, so much so that my brain started to hurt. I found out later, that she was running a marathon for the first time and could have been in pain.

Has anyone had telepathic feelings that a Loved One or spouse was hurt or in pain, even from far away distances?

Maybe this is a sign that I should give her a 2nd chance and pursue a relationship? I haven't thought about her in many years, but maybe she has strong feelings about me.

Has anyone ever fallen in love with someone just through unspoken thoughts and intense feelings?

I'm a little skeptical of such things.

However, after the end of my last relationship I tried to stay no contact.

There were a couple of times I felt her presence on my mind in a very strong way and somehow different from the usual pining and longing.

Both of those times I broke down and looked at her facebook. One occasion she had an accident and had broken some bones. The other time she had moved her residence and the place she worked had transferred her.

I can chock those up to coincidence, but I do remember the first time I saw her having a sense that she was going to be a big part of my life in some way?

I have with a lady I dated a long time ago. We are still good friends but live in different states. The connection is stronger one way that the other. Any time I am under any sort of severe stress, I make a cameo appearance in her dreams. It has gotten almost comedic in that I will get a call from her out of the blue saying "ok, what pickle do you find yourself in now?"

It is almost without fail. Crazy but also cool.

It's not telepathy so much as empathy.

And yes.

AGES ago, my first BF and I had broken up. It was the summer holidays and he'd gone to spend some of it with his best friend, who happened to be the brother of one of my best friends.

One day, I was in the car, coming from the beach - I was on holiday with my parents - and it hit me that my ex and my friend were hooking up. I was completely certain of it, even though I had never even thought about it before that particular moment.

And I found out, a couple of weeks later, that they started hooking up on that particular day!

How odd that this thread is here this morning.. I am currently having the exact same thing about my ex & I don't honestly know wether to check he's okay x these don't feel like my feelings or thoughts it's so weird! x

I had exactly this with my first love. It went on for years and years. Just randomly, out of the blue, I'd start thinking about him and he'd either show up somewhere in my life shortly after or I'd find out about something happening to him.

I haven't explained it very well, but it was quite bizarre.

Yes this happens to me a lot. Not necessarily when the other person is hurt or in pain. In my case, mostly good things. Funny that this thread should show up today, because have been having a lot of these instances in last few days.;)

I have experienced this kind of love and it is quite intense and strange. Sort of feels like you're toeing the line between fate and insanity. I am able to sense this person even now, after we have broken up.

One thing you might want to try is sending her heart energy. If you do an internet search for "how to send heart energy" or "how to send love energy", you'll find some techniques for how to do this. I found that, when I did it and connected to my ex, I got a very specific 'goosebumps' sensation. From that point on, I would actually get these goosebumps every time he (unconsciously) sent me energy by thinking about me or talking about me or even dreaming. As time has gone on, I experience them less and less, but it might have the opposite effect for you if she senses your energy and, in turn, starts thinking of you. :)

Just an idea...if you're into that kind of thing!

Happens all the time. Last week I suddenly had the feeling that a man from my past was yearning for me. I could feel it. I couldn't figure out who. Couldn't get a name or clear picture. I figured if it were important enough, he'd call. :p
