H245 Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 It's currently a toss up between finding my ex in a guy friend's car at 3am outside my place that I told her hours prior I didn't feel comfortable about him. OR when I checked her FB after said event and saw a convo between her and another guy basically cheating on me over messenger.
True Gent Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 The most messed up thing my ex did was firstly she lied about this man she was getting to know and spending time with. Eventually the truth came out and she was blatantly staying at this guys house until 3am in the morning and then returning home to me. She decided to breakup with me and leave, but hung on living with me and even tried sleeping in the same bed as me for 6 weeks while she was spending the weekends with her new BF who she tried to claim was "just a friend". We had 2 dogs (both because she initially wanted them) which I was left to care for while she went off and did her thing every weekend. When she moved out I had to take time off work and practically throw her out to make sure she left with what was hers. She ended up leaving a room full of her stuff behind and disappeared for Xmas and new year. Whilst I'm left hanging on with dogs and a room full of her stuff. Eventually I move into my own new place and she HAS to take her stuff from the old house, so I'm forced to deal with her after weeks of her not bothering to be responsible. I reach the decision I am not able to look after the dogs on my own due to work comments and the fact I have to move on with my life. She gives me 5 mins to say goodbye to a dog we've shared for 8 years. She literally stood watching the clock to kick me out. We've been together 9 years I had no idea she could be capable of this behaviour. It was an eye opener and I don't know if I will believe fully in love again if someone you know for so long can act in a way you never imagined. In the end she had to go to America and practically begged me to look after the dogs for 4 months. I currently share the load with her mum until she gets back from the states. I'm not being forced into saying goodbye to my dogs this time, I'm just not going to initiate contact again and move on. Luckily I never have to see her again unles I bump into her. I don't love her anymore because she is toxic, shellfish, narcissistic and unbalanced. I hope I can trust someone the way I did her again, but I don't know... 1
