saucygirl Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 hi all first time here looking for input thanks, ok here goes....back last Oct I met this guy we dated a couple times but since we both got out of a marraige in June felt it was to soon. So we remained friends and talked all the time(very easy to talk to each other about everything).. So in late Dec he and I are ready to date each other we made plans over the holidays but things got mixed up and we didnt see each other..so i didnt here from him in 3-4 weeks knew he must of got things mixed up,so i called him. took a couple of talks to clair the air( i got scared again at xmas over the way he was talking about us)) first him then me,so we reconnect but cause he never heard from me he started dating someone but hes a gentlemen and only beleives in dating 1 person at a time. So hes going to tell the one hes dated 4-5 times that he doesnt want to see her cause he wants to be with me.. we have been good friends for 6 months now and i know how much of a gentlemen he is....so were both on the same page now and got things straightened out...problem at xmas was we were to be together xmas day night but his family lives 300 miles away.they were bugging him to go and he was only staying home for me to see me i thought that was wrong cause we wernt really serious and he should be with his family)..but xmas ever i thought or so i thought we decided he should go and if i didnt hear from him he went...well apparently i was to call.. I did think he was gone and when i didnt hear from him i assumed he went..well one thing lead to another and 2 weeks i emailed to see what was up he was to call and didnt(he was still upset about xmas cause he stayed home thinking i was coming over) I didnt know this.I was like rick omg why didnt you call me...he was sooking by then and didnt want to talk to anyone and i was going to call to make sure he went..my mistake i didnt i just assumed again...(learn one thing never assume anything..NEVER) well anyways all straightened out now i called him..i never call guys and he knows this... so was wondering if 3rd times the charm we really like each other but bad timing held us back till now... we have talked for hours to make sure we both know want we want this time so theres no misunderstandings this time....need imput here.......... tkx for your time
