JoL Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 I was just wondering if anyone has ever used herbal diet supplements to assist in weight loss? In Australia we have things like FatBlaster, which seems to be quite popular.. Im not sure what the US, Canadian or UK version would be. I'm just curious to know- has it worked for you? As in did it do all the things it said it would do, like boost metabolism, burn more fat, fight sugar cravings etc etc?
_Saffy_ Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 i have a friend that would take some kind of supplement, she would eat it before meals and it would make her feel "full up" so she didnt eat as much. im in the UK, but i dont know what it was called. but to be honest, it worked short term, but as soon as she stopped taking it, she just re-gained the weight she had lost.
moimeme Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 All the studies show that the only way to lose fat and keep it off is to eat moderately and exercise. Some of the 'quick fixes' seem to work for a while, but people always regain the weight.
