I'm sorry that your 1st relationship ended up being so short & so sour. However, it's good that you ended it.

Tell her no you won't be taking her to school. I may even be tempted to lie to her & say that you may have considered it had she not "lost" your car keys. I don't know if it's possible to change the locks on a car but if it is, I would because I don't trust this chick not to come over to "borrow" your car.

Don't worry about getting another GF so fast. Take a few weeks to concentrate on finals & mull over what you have learned about relationships. Then have a great carefree summer.

Thanks d0nnivain.

I appreciate the thoughts. I have already graduated and I work at the school. But I do get your point.

What's going to be horrible is trying to deal with all of our mutual friends... ugh.

I have no idea why she isn't giving up the keys. It seems just to irritate me.

The mutual friends will sort themselves out. Take the high road & don't make them pick.

I'd change the locks. I wonder how much it costs. Google is our friend, or your mechanic.

Don't take her to school no. It's awkward. You broke up, so this is it. I don't want to be a jerk, but she can find another arrangement.

Thanks. I'll look into it but I really hope she just quits it and gives them back.

So she's gone, but I am starting to wonder if I made a huge mistake... :( I miss her so much, and what if I have condemned myself to a lifetime of masturbation?

Would you mind sharing what she did that was the last straw?

She freaked out about me texting a friend... then she freaked out about another friend coming over. But the way she did it was ridiculous and like she didn't want me to have friends...

Male or female friend?

The texting was with a female friend.

The other friend was an old high school guy friend.

Hmm, I don't know why she would freak out about a guy coming over.

Lumo, now is a good time to ask yourself if you have learned anything from your experience with her.

I'm sure there should be at least a handful of things you'd do differently with the next woman.

It was your first relationship. It will NOT be your last! This is just the immediacy of remorse and you will be much happier in the long run. Go into NC and be strong!

Hah! It is.

The wild ones just need some extra training.

A shock collar and a riding crop should make her good in no time

-----------------------------------

Don't worry dude. For you, getting the next GF won't be hard at all.

You've had a very great learning experience from this. Despite her turning out bad, you've been extremely lucky to have her.

If this is the same women I think it is from past threads I cant really see how the OP was extremely lucky to have her *shakes my head* goes to show you some men will stick their junk in a electrical socket for something "hot" I will never get it..

From how Lumo described her, she's very attractive and has an extremely high sex drive.

He sounds pretty lucky to have had somebody like her.

The only issue is that Lumo didn't stand up for himself and let her walk all over him.

That's why I made the joke about a "shock collar and a riding crop."

He didn't know how to handle her.

Maybe. Maybe not.

Frankly I think it was a mistake for him to break up with her.

What he should have been was starting to be more firm with her and not let her get her way all the time.

In the end all he did was give up. That doesn't look too good for the next girl if it becomes a pattern.

That's because, to be completely blunt, you are desperate and will accept anything right now. Not cute. You need to pull it together SD.

Lumo, being horny is not a reason to stay in a relationship. Trust me when I tell you that you will find somewhere else to put your dick. You're just a kid, you'll be in more relationships. Don't saddle yourself with a psycho just for sex.

I guarantee she will poke holes in your condoms, get herself knocked up, and you'll be stuck supporting her for the rest of your life if you don't walk away now.

You made the right decision. Stick with it and go out and meet new girls. Then someday, marry for love, not for sex.

Absolutely not.

I don't think that girl was toxic at all.

She just didn't respect him, because frankly, he didn't deserve to be respected by her. He gave into absolutely everything she wanted. He was her toy.

I'm sure she could be a great GF to a guy who actually stood up for himself.

You do realize how at odds this advice is with all the advice that you give women who are going through any relationship problems?

Will their bfs also magically turn into great BFs to a woman who 'actually stands up for herself'? Doesn't matter if the dude trashes their house and car, sexually assaults them in front of kids, etc - as long as he's hot, they should stay in it and keep trying to make things work, cause they've got it made, right? ;)

Completely different circumstances. Plus most of the women don't stand up for themselves either.

Limo is tall, has a college degree, a good job, a nice apartment and car, and lots of friends. He will have no problem finding a new girlfriend who isn't completely nuts.

Did you really have to mention tall? And as the first reason why he'd have no problem getting another girlfriend?

This thread isn't about you.

Lumo is worried he won't find another girlfriend. I'm encouraging him that I don't believe it will be a problem for him, given all that he has going for him. (Yes, including being tall.). Lumo does not need to settle for a girl with mental problems, as you seem to want to encourage him to do (or make him regret walking away from.) His ex's behavior was crazy. He can do much, much better.

I know this thread isn't about me.

I'm just commenting on the fact that "tall" is actually used as a reason it won't be hard for him to find a non crazy girl. Also the fact that you said it first, makes it seem like it's the primary reason why.

If he was short, would you still think he'd be fine?

That's what I'm talking about.

I re posted what you said in the general height thread. Don't want to thread jack.
