nyny123 Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 I dated this guy for only a few months and we broke up this past December. I work at the supermarket and he comes here sometimes. He would come into the aisle where I work and we say hi. The break up didn't end well. Every time I see him those good memories come back.
ja123 Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Whenever the good memories come back, give yourself a reality check and remember how bad the breakup was, remember his faults, how he treated you, and look yourself in the mirror and say, "Honey, I deserve a heck of a lot better!" As for seeing him at work, say no more than hi and don't smile and linger. Make your message clear. Don't open the door to give him time to chat you up and "persuade" you that everything was fine.
