cmm196934 Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 My soon to be ex is drinking very heavily and has gone in a complete crazy direction. He drinks everyday and gets drunk mostly everyday. We have three small children that I am worried about. The children tell me their father gets drunk all the time and that him and his girlfriend drink and drive with them and that they are giving them beer. The man I knew is gone and replaced with an evil person. Can i still legally have him committed? What should I do?
kypepeo Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 I don't know about having him legally committed but I do know that you have to get the kids as far away from him as possible. It's not health. Go to the courts and get that sorted out before they are sucked into his mess.
