down hearted Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 I didn't get anything for my MIL and not because i forgot, because i can't stand her and she doesn't deserve a gift for been so rude and disrespectful, if mother's day was anything like Christmas she would get a gift wrapped box full of coal from me! My husband did call to tell her Happy mother's day and she asked about me and he said on my behalf "oh she wishes you happy mother's day" to her (which i didn't say and wouldn't say and am mad about this comment because i don't wish her anything!) on another note i did give my mom a beautiful gift because she is amazing and deserves it
