Gemini611 Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Yeah, me again from the "unbiased opinion" thread. So the night before Mother's Day, I've got her a gift card for the spa (she doesn't know) and I offer to take her out to dinner. As we're getting ready, what do I get?----Bitc..d at about my after shave!!! Hell, I happen to like Bay Rum! This has just hit me the wrong way tonight. STEAMED!!!
Bruce Leigh Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 You have talked about writing a letter detailing your grievances with your marriage. Maybe she will write one for you, in response to the one you have written. At least you will know what she is thinking and whether there is anything both of you can do to resolve it. Not knowing what is going on has to be the real issue here.
Author Gemini611 Posted May 11, 2014 Author Posted May 11, 2014 ..one of big fears with that is that she goes off the deep end in one of her fits, she might throw my two guitars and my amp out in the yard or something. I'll figure it out.

I'll figure it out. Wait... what? You're scared to talk about issues in your relationship in case your partner 'goes off the deep end' and damages your personal belongings? What kind of relationship do you really have when you have this to fear? The first time a guy did anything like this to me, no matter what we'd spoken about, would be the last.
Author Gemini611 Posted May 12, 2014 Author Posted May 12, 2014 Yeah…...…it's just that her female issues she's been having for many years are so unpredictable. It hurts for me to say I just don't know what she'd do. I mean she's never done that sort of thing before but then I've never had a "this is the limit" talk with her either. She's taken some swings at me and thrown some things before but that's it. I'm writing a letter now. I'm sure it'll take a while. I had to take a train out this morning and left her spa gift card on the counter. She texted me later and said thanks and love you. She's said zip about it since I got home. No hug, kisses, mushy talk---nada. Just like valentine's day. This ain't good.
