yorozo Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 This guy that I've been hanging out with, making out, etc. came over last night and he was like "why are you so nervous" and i told him that "I dont want to just hit it and quit it" and he was like "do you really think Id do that to you" and I was just silent and he told me "You're so awesome, I promise I'd never do that to you." I told him that still I wanted my first time to be with someone I was dating. And he said he understood. He was like "Yeah I would have already asked you to be my girlfriend but you leave soon to go back home for the summer and I am getting deployed." I just kind of nodded and told him that I just wish we could have a chance. He said in a funny voice "will you go out with me" but i think he was joking so I laughed it off. He didn't pressure me to do anything, we just kind of layed together and then he was like "I have something to tell you....it is kind of big though." And I asked him what and he said "I think I'm falling in love with you. I've said those words to someone before but I've never really felt it until now, with you." And then he kissed me. After that his friend came in the room and was like "we gotta go man let me take you home now." And he left My question is...what can I do now? I mean, I'm willing to still try with him even though it'd be long distance for awhile. But I kind of hinted that and he didn't say much to it. The ball is all in his court now right? Or next time (which may be the last time) I see him should I explicitly say I still want to try? I'm just so surprised that AFTER i told him no to sex he said all that and still didn't try anything more... Thank you for any insight...
ChooseTruth Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Sounds like a decent guy (unless he's a total liar). I think the ball is in your court. If you want to try you probably need to reciprocate soon. I've never had the balls to do the LDR thing...so maybe someone else can comment on that.
