This guy with others he's confident, funny , around me he seems different a little quiet with an he's not a quiet guy .

We're around the same age I'm younger 25 im 20 I don't think he knows my age other than I'm younger than him.

I've had three trainers so far he's the 3rd. I still use the 2nd I use the 2nd for different workouts.

I've only had about 3/4 sessions with him so far.

At the start when I first had him was more formal also in his emails, now he seems a lot more flirty/friendly personal sounding an comfortable . My other trainers are a lot more formal with me an they are around the same age as him.

He's completely changed his ways how he interacts with me an in person he's quieter when he's usually confident around everyone an jokey or talkative. An at the last session at the start he was just coming in was joking with the receptionist woman and talkative then when he saw me he stopped an he changed to being quiet. He's more touchy with me my other trainers never touches me. During lunge he touched my leg or sometimes if I was straight he'd touch my back. We were talking at the start he was sitting very close to me facing me on the rower. Also other day I arrived to the gym 15mins early he was near the reception he was talking to people he stopped watching me as it went silent.* I'm also attracted to him I get quiet around him I talk to him a little more.

The emails are like this (The conversations are longer just showing short parts of them)

Me: Yeah I could probably do Monday then if you have a time after 3pm.

PT : As it stands I have 4pm Monday, as well as 4pm & 5pm Wednesday. Whichever suits you best is fine with me :) “*

Me: I do a Friday afternoon instead just seen in the newsletter say 2 or 3pm?

Pt:Lets go with 3pm in that case : )

Me:*I don't have a specific time in mind probably the Tuesday anytime after 12. What times do you have?*

PT: Will get back to you when my schedule becomes a little clearer :)

Me : Okay thats grand :)

.....................

Me: Hi thats ok yeah that times *good, oh yeah would you be able to do a hiit *session for this week?

PT: Sure thing, see you Tuesday :)

Me: Thanks see you then *:)

This is how he was at the start

PT:Brilliant, I can fit you in in Wednesday or Thursday in that case. What time are you free from?

PT: Can I give you my 6pm slot? Always a tricky one to fill for me.

Do I make him nervous? does he like or is he attracted to me? or is it nothing? My gut instinct I feel like likes me. What should I do?

Just continue enjoy training with him going with the flow?

I saw him yesterday an we started the workout first the rower. After it was walking lunges and a couple other exercises. Some way through the exercise a man got in the way an didn't move that then when it came to do it again I asked if ishould go a different way instead "Just tell the man to get the f out the way if he don't move" as he wasn't moving then instead he went in front of me walking backwards watching me the whole time we did this back and forth a few times he was really watching my eyes a lot intensely of the times he did this he smiled sometimes. He could've watched from behind me or moved to the sidelines. It seemed sort of protective?

Also our drinks were right beside each other I had put it near his but not too close like a normal distance then the next time I saw it they were right beside each other.

When we were downstairs at part where the box was there he'd showed me what to do doing stepping things . I still had time to rest he was on the other side opposite first then he came and stood right beside me almost touching an was like you still have etc time left when the clock gets to this start or something like that. He was just standing so close so like if I moved a inch closer or turned we would've been touching. While I was doing the steps the box the did had one leg on it an just watching me closely right in front. I don't know if thats normal for a trainer to be that closely mostly they'd watch on the sidelines? I've had two others none acted anything like that. After on the rower he was sitting near on the wall he was very close and had his arm stretched out so it was almost touching me as I doing the rowing motion.

Afterwards as we were saying goodbye we were facing each other we were very close to each other almost in a intimate/personal way very close.

he was he'd leave the workout plan down as he hadn't written it or something along the lines of that. An then saying "make sure you relax, take a break , stretch chill before you leave" he was smiling as he said this was he being flirty? I kinda smiled as he said this as I thought it was funny the way he said it. He said a few other things and seemed to be dragging the goodbye .

I've had two other trainers they've never been that close even when we talk a lot to each other we never get as close as we do or even stand that close to each other even during workouts they've not been like that an ending they'd just say I'll see you later thats us for the day etc.. keeping it brief.

He's a trainer. A good trainer facilitates the trainee's experience as he did. And a good trainer pays close attention to the trainee's form so that corrections can be made as needed. Sadly, there are many more bad trainers than good ones, which may explain why you have not experienced this before.

Keep in mind that, like a hair dresser or bartender or any other service professional, part of the job is to be friendly and welcoming so as to keep the client engaged and willing to pay for more haircuts/drinks/training sessions/whatever.
