Does no contact really work? It's so hard not to hear from my stbeh and so hard not to hear from him. How do I know no contact is working? Will he forget about me sooner or later? Thanks

No contact is just a way for you to start healing. Out if sight out of mind. Time is what works to get over things. No contact just helps you to not have the daily reminder of their existence...

You know that NC is working because you start to feel better & you can track your own healing & progress. It's about you, not your EX.
