theonlyjuan Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 I sincerely mean this. Almost a year on since my ex broke up with me and my life has gotten so much better. The first few months sucked but I decided to make positive changes in my life. I am now working in a gym which I have always wanted to do and I am currently studying towards my Personal Trainer qualification which will be completed next year. I wouldn't have done any of this if I was still with my ex girlfriend. I would have put it off and not made the effort to find a job at a gym. I have recently met a girl who I have lots of fun with, it's only a casual thing but we are both having a great time together. We have so much in common. I have completely changed my physique and have lost 30 pounds which has led to me being a lot more ripped ( Helps to look the part at the gym ) I get a lot of attention from women and feel and look a lot better. Just make a few positive changes and you will notice how much it can improve how you feel and how quickly you can move on. I had a good time with my ex but it doesn't compare to the last 6 months of my life, things are going really great. Anyone can do it especially if I can, just start with something small and go from there. Don't let a breakup rule your life and leave you being depressed. Find something you love to do and enjoy your life 6
Georgiak Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 You sound like you have made a great change.. I've always wanted to break up with my boyfriend but am scared that I won't fine anyone else and my life won't be as great. But I do wanna move on and focus on me a bit and stop having him on my back about things. But once again good on ya! At least you've made it and I hope things get even better for you!
