My grandmother smokes, crack,weed and cigarettes as well as drinks and takes pills every now and then, my mom smokes crack and is f(ucking crazy about it. I am the youngest of all the children and they both live with me and don't help my mom gets disability check because she was diagnosed with bipolar schizophrenia my grandma has a paper route that she helps out with and is trying to get social security. I love them both but I am 24 and have been dealing with their drug issues for basically my entire life how can I get them to leave I like living where I live and don't want to move especially when I'll be living alone I feel comfortable around my nosey neighbors. My question is: is there a way that I can get them to move out I was wondering if my landlord could help out I really need suggestion because my patience is d(amn near out the window!!!! Msrxchef Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 yes, you can probably get some help from a landlord but double check what it says on your lease. usually they allow house guests for a certain period of time (21 days) but after that they have to leave with a notice. I'd talk to your landlord and see if you can file a Forcible Entry and Detainer against them. Also don't try changing the locks that will probably do more harm than good.
