I'm going to ask to change it for another medication, and I was taking valium as ell, and it didn't help like xanax,maybe I should go back to xanax or change it to klonopin?

You do need to make medical decisions with the help of a medical professional. Getting advice from random people on the internet is a bad idea & could be risky.
