AnneT1985 Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Hi y'all! I was wondering if I could get some opinions please. I love sending mail- especially thank you cards! I do not expect them in return but I do like to send them for even small token gifts. For example, for Easter my child received a little hand made Easter chocolate bag gift from a family member. Would it be appropriate or over the top to send a thank you card for something like that- or do people usually appreciate them regardless? Thanks so much y'all! xx 2

MidwestUSA Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 I think it's awesome. So rare nowadays. I'd love to get a card from you with 'y'all' in it. Keep doing what you're doing. 3
Kingston100 Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Do it! Can you really picture your family member opening a Thank you card and thinking to themselves "well this was really inappropriate!" It will especially be cute if the card comes from your kid, rather than from yourself. I love sending mail as well. I mail valentine's to my Brothers and Grandparents. I know it makes them smile. One time a family member sent my Grandmother a thank you card for a shower gift... and they received a thank you card for the thank you card from her. It was super cute. 2
