jaguar Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 We don't really know each other for too long but I think we are fairly well acquainted. We have decided on a trip together with some friends. Recently there was a small issue. I sent just two messages asking her if she called me. She says "Don't worry, we are still going" with a smiling emoticon. Now according to a book that I am reading, if a girl says don't worry or something like that, it means that she has adopted the masculine role and me, the feminine role. Which means that attraction is not possible. I didn't really act needy or anything. I just sent her two messages(not at the same time, well spaced). But somehow she sensed that I was a little worried. I can't believe I screwed this one up. I had some high hopes. Now I am not sure if I wanna go on this trip. Do you guys think this is salvageable?
HappyLove Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 TWO THINGS: 1) Burn that book. 2) Calm the heck down. 1
Eivuwan Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 I notice from your posts that you read books on dating a lot and I don't think it's helpful at all. Every person is different and you cannot apply random rules to every person. Try to just go with the flow and not get too hang up over this process. Relationships are just about getting to know each other and seeing if you're compatible.
