Smurf03 Posted April 18, 2014 Share Posted April 18, 2014 I'm done with the staying in contact thing. I'm done with the massive breadcrumbs I keep choking on! And I need to move on and heal. NC starts today. My question is how do I let go of the hope? On paper, the circumstances of the BU are perfect for future reconciliation. Doesn't help that he himself has mentioned possibility of getting back together and I have some friends saying they'll think it'll happen. I want to go NC and heal properly. Holding onto hope isn't healing properly and isn't the purpose of NC. Any advice on how to start healing properly? Link to post Share on other sites

I had a hangover today and it is not advisable as all I could be bothered to do was watch movies and think. Usually I'm active, and I can appreciate the good things, but it was a lot harder today.
