rpixton Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Just curious what some go to meals are for people cooking dinner on a third or fourth date. I love to cook and feel like I really have the chance to show some value in the kitchen. Does anyone else do this?

When you invite a girl to come to your place it means that you have other intentions besides cooking. 4

Almost always David so its not an idea of me disliking that he chooses to cook for me I just don't understand who would be so insane to go to guy's house so soon You don't know this person from Sunday and I have no intention of being a main course or desert even less. If he wants to cook he can even cook me a sandwich get few drinks to wash it down with add something sweet and take me on picnic. Easy low pressure low budget date ... 2
Lalasita Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Do you want to invite the girl at your place only to cook or do you have other reasons? I think that she will get the wrong I idea and decline your invitation.

Uhh, if they didn't know each other prior to dating, what's the chance she is ready to take that step with someone who is essentially a stranger? Although I don't think cooking necessarily has to mean that other intents. I always ask guests if they have any favorite dishes before I cook for them. I'm a pretty good cook but people are specific. Definitely at least ask about allergies.

salparadise Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 When you invite a girl to come to your place it means that you have other intentions besides cooking. Pfffffffft. Only if you have those other intentions. I cooked for my current gf before we became intimate, third or fourth date, and I didn't try anything. Is there something wrong with me?
d0nnivain Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Cooking dates come after intimacy. If we haven't already had the talk about exclusivity I'm not going to be alone in a man's house. Too much temptation & it's too easy for lust to overcome reason. There is no way I'm showing up at your house for the 4th date. Much too early for my comfort level. The 1st meal I want to cook together is breakfast. 1
