I haven't watched the video yet but read the article. Fascinating science and good for people who hate exercise or think they are too old. Send the link to your elderly and sedentary friends and relatives.

The article seems more like about why not to sit for long periods, not a substitute to actual exercise, which honestly even just doing a walk around a few blocks can really help. There really isn't any reason why anyone can not exercise (unless they are completely unable to due to some form of extreme handicap), it is just laziness.
