Jay779 Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 We have been dating for 4 months now and the first month or so was great, but the chemistry just isn't there as much anymore phyiscally. We have better conversations now and stuff, but she won't let me go further than just a kiss on the lips for the past 3 months. We had our first kiss after a month, but she thinks making out is moving too fast and all we've done the past 3 months is just kiss on the cheek and occasional hugging and the occasional kiss on the lips (a peck). She also says she isn't allowed to be alone with me in a room so she isn't allowed in my apartment and she still lives with her parents (she's 23) and we have to be in the same room at all times as her parents or siblings. Its very frustrating and Im considering letting her go.
Gaeta Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 If you cannot accept the way of her culture and religion than yes you should let her go. This way she will meet a man that does understand this is how it is in her culture and will be willing to wait.
veggirl Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 There's taking things slowly and then there's what you described. I wouldn't be able to be in a relationship with no physical intimacy. Why not just be friends?
