Mrin Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Say sorry if you mean it. Some would also say you so say sorry even if you don't mean but really should. Heh. But don't be the dude who apologizes each day.
Author vincefeelgood Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 I do but sometimes I think I say it to much
saltyfishhead666 Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 I do but sometimes I think I say it to much Yes it can be VERY annoying. Unless you've made a massive mistake there is no need to say sorry. My ex used to say sorry it he put sugar in my tea, if he stole the duvet, if his window being down was making me cold, if he ate the yogurt I was saving. Petty things... 1

David87 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 just curious but what would you expect him to say? Good question lol If you don't say sorry you're a jerk and If you do say it then you're annoying. Women .... can't live with them... 1
TheNoBSBuddhist Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 is it bad saying sorry to your girlfriend? can it cme off as annoying? I do but sometimes I think I say it to much There's a difference between being apologetic because you should be, and being apologetic because you're a sycophantic needy, clingy doormat. Which do you think you are? 2
saltyfishhead666 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 just curious but what would you expect him to say? Oops? Not again? Spank me hard (that one is a giggle) Someone who says sorry for EVERYTHING is annoying. If it's a small issue like tea for instance it doesn't warrant an apology. It's like someone saying Clare or your name after every sentence that's annoying too
BeingMe Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 My STBXH used to say sorry a lot. Trouble is,he rarely meant it, just used it as a social smoother and to end conversations he didn't want happening: as in,"I've said sorry, why are we still talking about it? He also built a heap of resentment because I didn't say sorry as much (did still say it!). You see, I only say sorry when I mean it and not to shut someone else up. I think you need to ask yourself why you say sorry so much. Nothing wrong with saying sorry, but are you really just conflict avoiding?
elevateiam Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 i think saying it to much is bad but use other words
