I guess it's like asking why so many men like lingerie. My guy doesn't like it, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a turn on for many others.

Good for you, OP.

 

My fiancé is very chivalrous and always has been, from the time we first started dating. I've always appreciated it and been attracted to it. And for the record, I am a lady in my twenties (23 when I met fiancé; 26 now).
