ablankslate Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Hi first post and have a resource question. On my wife's cell phone bill are a series of texts that do not have a real number associated with them. Here are the numbers..I am masking the last four digits.. 000-088-BBBB 000-003-BBBB 000-006-BBBB 000-008-BBBB Can anyone help me as to the possible source of these texts or a reference forum to find out? Is it a social media site, skype or in some quick research I did there was a mention of a spoof service or interim party service to mask the number. Thanks so much in advance for your help!

I can't help you with anything technical. What has made you put this on the Infidelity Forum? What is in the texts? Do you suspect your wife of infidelity?
MidwestUSA Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I think the 000 is associated with Skype or Vonage, it's not a valid area code. Google 'area code 000'. Good luck!

Well to the first question the answer is yes or I would not be posting in the forum but without going into details have good reason to suspect infidelity. I was hoping others might have insight from text discovery in their situations. I do know you can send texts from your email and they show up at 000-000-0000 on the bill. But if any other ideas or directions appreciated. Btw I found out with Skype you can send but not receive texts so that it not a likely source. Edited March 31, 2014 by ablankslate

MidwestUSA Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Make sure you stay in stealth mode while investigating. If she's up to no good, and suspects you know, she'll just cover her tracks better. Best of luck to you!
Author ablankslate Posted March 31, 2014 Author Posted March 31, 2014 Are the last 4 digits 6425? No they are not and all last four digits are different. I am wondering if it is a twitter text message.
