Ex came back

This is my first time posting here... I have however have used this forum as support for the last 12 months. Just over a little of a year ago my ex girlfriend broke up with me and started dating somebody else within a few weeks. she stayed with this person for 10 months and I was devastated. I would come on here daily looking for help and comfort.

 

She came back to me around 6 weeks ago after her new relationship ended.

We have been seeing each other for 6 weeks and it has been tough. One minute its like we never broke up and are happy and the next she isn't ready for another relationship and wants to be friends only. This changes weekly.

 

Im not sure what is going to happen. I know that I never stoped loving her that whole year we were apart.

I felt I needed to post on here for people asking if 2nd chances really happen. They do.

 

my advice to people hurting is to get on with your life. The moment I really tried to let go and get out there she came back. I started dating people and I travelled. she was always on my mind but after 6months I decided to not sit around waiting and feeling sorry for myself. Its time you will never get back.

You need to have an adult conversation with your partner and set the expectations.

 

If you have to sit and wonder whether they love you or not - then they don't. Please keep us updated on how things go with them, I send you all my love for the best outcome.
