Believe it. She may not want you, but she's pissed that you're with someone else.

That's why jealousy is highly illogical.

You're right, that is highly illogical.

I don't get why she is behaving this way. The only thing I can think is that we spend more time alone together without her and the other people in the group.

This is normal when a relationship is started though, surely?

Go talk to your friend and find out what is going on. Hear her side of things, see how different or similar is it from what your gf and others have told you.

This would be too logical.

These are women... what if one or both of them get upset if I do this?

I have to think carefully about what to do...

You just do it. This girl has been your friend for a long time so you owe it to her to at least hear her out and your gf needs to chill out a bit too and trust you.

What will ultimately happen is both women will end up hating you. Both your relationship and friendship will be over and there isn't a thing you can do.

Yep. You could sacrifice the sex with the hot girl to keep the friend, and then find the friend ditches you anyway. Stick with the girlfriend.

Look Ross, you've been friends with Rachel for 3 years. Now Emily's come into your life whom you can see yourself with long term. Chandler, Joey, Phoebe and Monica (the posters here) have given you a lot of sound advice.

You have to choose. Rachel or Emily.

Just try not to screw up Emily's name with Rachel's the next time you see Emily...

So, in the space of a week, she's trashed your car and apartment, found your wank bank, and now telling you who you can lunch with. How hot is she?

Very hot.

And it's not like I can replace her easily like topamaXXX or Haydn from this forum, or buy some hot girl like Robert Z (OK that's a joke, I wouldn't do that anyway lol).

The point is that I have to be careful. Unless there is outright abuse from her I am willing to put up with a lot sh.t.

I think you're right... I really can't imagine going back to masturbating 2 weeks after losing my virginity. That just doesn't sound like a good way to spend time :(

So we had the lunch and it was really sad. My friend told me she just felt bad because she thought it would negatively impact my friendship with her and her daughter. And she thanked me for my help over the years and what I had done for her and her daughter.

I told her it should not be the end of our friendship but she seemed really negative.

She also told me she felt my gf would dump me as soon as she found a hotter or better off guy.

I wasn't really happy with how it went but what canI do?

I assume what you've done for her daughter involves a significant amount of either time or money. Which means she's just worried about resources being taken over by another girl. Stick with the one that actually wants to f you...... This one is no friend of yours.

That's absurd! She doesnt seem like a good friend at all.

So this is what it must be like when your little head makes decisions for you.

Mainly time, but both. I had no issue with it though, and it doesn't need to stop completely. I think she's overreacting.

We used to get along well though... do you think what she said might just be bitterness because she doesn't want things to change?
