Robert Z Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Hey men, I have never heard of this before but it seems that the need for Viagra can be reversed. A year ago it made a definite difference. But I have continued to work hard on building muscle and improving my cardio. Through diet and exercise I have gone from pre-hypertensive, to 120/80 bp, and I am as good as ever with or without the Viagra now. I had been reducing the dosage and two weeks ago I stopped using it completely. Neither I or my sb could tell any difference. 3
PogoStick Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 How much weight have you lost? Any idea on your change in body fat percentage? And how hot is your SB?
Author Robert Z Posted March 28, 2014 Author Posted March 28, 2014 (edited) How much weight have you lost? Any idea on your change in body fat percentage? And how hot is your SB? By a year ago I was already at my ideal weight, was reasonably fit, and have been adding muscle. So this required that I start approaching an athletes level of fitness. Originally I lost almost 70 pounds. By a year ago, the bmi charts suggested that I was approaching the level of an athlete. And as far as the sb, she is a model [lingerie, advertising, and some artsy stuff] and she has done shots that are worthy of Playboy. After two years she still takes my breath away. My guess is that this results from a combination of improved cardiovascular health, as well as perhaps higher testosterone levels resulting from the increased muscle mass. Sounds about right. Also fat produces estradiol and that causes issues as well in men (T to E ratios are important). Also I suspect a benefit - emotionally - from your SB time and improved self image and esteem. We all know how powerful the mind can affect what happens below the waist.

Yep, fat makes you girly! Also I suspect a benefit - emotionally - from your SB time and improved self image and esteem. We all know how powerful the mind can affect what happens below the waist. I've been seeing her for two years and saw about twenty women before her. I would have expected something like this to manifest long ago. Edited March 29, 2014 by Robert Z
