Peeved when people ignore questions in OLD?

Just a quick check to see what yall think. I messaged this girl a few days ago. We seem to have really similar interests and convo flows well. But I'm a bit annoyed that she hasn't shared her name yet. I've made it a habit to share mine in my first or second messages lately, and told her mine in my first one.

 

Then I asked her for hers at the end of my third message and shes replied again without sharing it. Kinda turned me off as if shes not down to tell me despite writing responsive replies that address everything in my previous messages.

 

Maybe I'm looking for reasons to not reply, but I've made twerp obvious attempts for her to share her name. Ive had girls long in the past make me message tag to get their name, then even more for a number. I prolly won't reply, but wanted to see if this peeved others.

Just start calling her Ashley. If she mentions it say "well, you haven't told me your name so I took a guess."

 

Or start addressing her by her OLD profile name.

Maybe pointing it out will show her how absurd it is.

 

Maybe she has a really unique name and doesn't yet feel comfortable with you checking out her Facebook stuff. Who knows. Give her a break.

My bad dude. I thought you were sarcastic. No its not my first time with online dating, which is why I'm quick to stop talking to girls if I get a vibe that they aren't really into it.

I've gone weeks of conversation, right up until exchange of number, and we haven't exchanged names because we're busy talking about other stuff.

 

I mean, unless they're like that unfortunate kid whose parents called them #hashtag, is a name ever going to be a dealbreaker?

The last guy I went out with, we chatted for weeks before exchanging numbers, and then finally got around to knowing each other's names.

 

Seriously, in OLD, it doesn't matter until you meet them.
