I shouldn't be asking, but I'm curioius; what's the longest peroid you have heard of two people breaking-up and then reconciling?

Emotions is right, you should let it go, you can't count on this.

 

But since you asked... my cousin split up with her boyfriend years ago. They had a huge fight and completely stopped seeing each other. One day, 3 years later, they bumped into each other at the train station. Trains weren't running, they went for a snack, one thing led to another and they have now been happily married for years.

 

But don't count on it. As you can see, my cousin's story was an incredible long shot. My advice: do "No Contact", get on with your life, see if you can find someone new.
