lilaq Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 So, I'm rather new to the world of relationships at 25. (Outside of a relationship with an extremely conservative/cold religious guy.) I was also really sheltered went to a tiny/conservative/rural Christian college. Anyway, I've started getting out there and have been hanging out with a guy the past three weekends. He knows my background. Not just for this current situation, but in general I'm curious about how soon people become exclusive. What about when OLD is involved? When do you discuss this, etc?
angel555 Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 There are no precise rules as such. The moment you guys feel that you have more to offer to each other in every aspect,I think thats when it is the right time. Slow and steady. Maybe your background should be already teaching you all this but Id say youll know when you are exclusive. Your instinct would be the perfect judge to tell you when:)

Is this someone you met online?
Phantom888 Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 As stated, no rules. When you feel you only want to date this person, and stop meeting others online, then you want exclusivity. You should talk about it, but for more traditional people it's implied when you start sleeping together and talking about the future together.
