stevie123 Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 Hey guys, I've started NC with my ex-gf. We only broke up last week after a wonderful relationship - she ended it. Basically she couldn't get over the fact that I had children with another woman. Anyway, we still need to talk to each other about the sale of our home. Apart from that I'm just keeping to myself. I've shut down FB, and haven't tried to contact her. Although she's messaged me a couple of times to ask questions about selling the place. I'm still hoping that if I leave her alone she'll start to wonder about me and miss me. We had a wonderful relationship but she needs to sort her demons. I know that NC is not designed for this, and is more about me to get over her. But until the house sells we have no other choice. I only ever reply to her politely and move along. She came back to the house to pick some things up to take with her to her sisters and left little notes around the place etc which upset me because they were nice, but it breaks my heart. I didn't acknowledge them. Am I doing the right thing with NC?
