do they(garlic pills) lessen the affectiveness of BC like antibiotics can?

I've never heard that they do, but you should contact your local pharmacist and ask them. You can call any pharmacy and ask to speak to the pharmacist on duty. Whenever I have questions regarding drug interaction, I call RiteAid. :D
