Well I've started to think about what to get my bf for Valentines day .

(I haven't seen him for almost 6 1/2 months now!! He's apparently going to be back home for this sweet day, that's why I'm excited and planning this very early. lol)

Anyway, he is Chinese.. so I've decided to make him homemade fortune cookies (he loves when attention is paid to himself and his culture)

Any ideas of what to write on the fortune(s)?

I put his favorite song lyrics on his Christmas gift, so that is out of the question.

I'm going to keep searching for adorable love quotes, but if you have any ideas please share!

:) Hi-my Hubby is half Vietnamese and loves when I (try to) cook some of his favorite vietnamese dishes. He came over to the states when they had the evacuation of Saigon. You can private message me and I'll give ya basic directions for his favorite fried rice....so simple! As most know, I make herbal soaps and balms...I make him a special soap only on Valentines day- its a Black Sandalwood and when the bar is cured, I carve the Vietnamese word/symbol for "heart or love" in the top and wrap it in pretty red handmade heart paper. Is he close with his family? vietnamese are very family oriented and close,so if so, see if you can have say his Mom or sister to join you.Or do a romantic tea ceremony over your own dinner...just google tea ceremony and adapt it to your own celebration..I did that before in a sexy nightgown and big pillows on the floor with a lush blanket between us on floor. Have fun!
