missingu Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 We have been talking for a long while. Finally the other week we both said we like each other. His friend was telling me what a great guy he is and that he was scared to ask me out In case I didn't like him. So he took me on a date. Everything seemed to go good until about half way through. He started being distant a little bit but still affectionate. He was texting me all the time. but he doesn't anymore. He asked me to come to his place (he lives at home) and I met all of his family. I've met some of his friends. He invited me to watch him play sport and meet his team mates. We still go out to dinner and do other things together. When I mention other guys he tells me they better not touch me or he'll get upset. And he told me he usually struggles with girls. Then nothing. He barely texts me anymore. Unless we're seeing each other. Has he lost interest?? What do I do from here?
TAV Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Just to be clear; you see him all the time, you act like you are dating but he has stopped texting you? Is that the situation? If so, maybe he thinks you talk enough now in real life and he does not have to woo you anymore with cute texting. If you miss that and wish he would do that again you have to make that clear to him. 2
d0nnivain Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 When texting was all there was, you got a lot of it. Now that you have IRL too the texting slowed. That seems natural to me. If you want more texts, tell him that. Personally I'd rather have more face time.
