Haven't talked to her for a year, would msging her on facebook be weird?

After two rejections for prom and an ask out, I have lost interest in all girls at my school. At that point, I recalled this one girl who I wanted to catch up with but never did. Now, I'm seriously considering doing just that!

 

I met this girl in instructors class last year March break. She was cute and all but it was a crash course so I only saw her for five days. Since then, I haven't seen or talked to her. (I have liked a couple of her photos on facebook but that's about it)

 

I have her as a friend on facebook and I was wondering if you guys think it'd be weird to message her now?

 

Just trying to get her number and get things going, eventually asking her to prom after touching base for a bit.

I think you should go for it. What do you have to lose - you're not in contact with her currently anyway and it's not like you'll have to face her every day if she is weirded out by you contacting her (which I doubt she will be).

First talk with her for some days, then ask her number

Of course, you should chat her up on the book. Just don't be a stalking creeper when you do it. Just open up by saying, "Hey there its been a minute".

 

Then catch up with her and chat a few times. Never even think about asking her out while your doing this. Drop some hints your interested like telling her she was the hottest girl at instructors class after the convo gets comfy. Work your way into it slow and make her comfortable.

 

After a few FB chats tell her you like talking to her. Then shoot her your digits and tell her to text you so you have her number too. And work your magic from there.

 

I would after a few text/phone conversations ask her for a hangout. Like meet up at a party or the mall or sporting event etc. If all that is good take her to prom. Piece of cake my young friend.
