Very excited to do some of your outdoor activities. Thank you, my wife did get her results back and all is well. It was a cyst so we have been celebrating all day. I keep squeezing her and I think she is about done with me. I have been very grumpy lately so she informed me that she never wants to really get sick because I have been a bear to live with. I am just so relieved. Wish me luck, Grumps P.s. I meant silver or bronze time, of course. So pleased to hear your wife is fine! I know what it's like to go through these health issues, you just love her and want to protect her. Yes, I'm a Kiwi born and bred. It is a beautiful place to live in and grow up in. True....just far away from everything else I spent 6 months there traveling to Dunedin, Auckland, Christchurch, wellington and Hamilton Go all Blacks Greetings from a POM 3

i am gutted Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 Competing again this year, I have to be there by the 4th. For the first time ever, I do not feel fully prepared. I am in great shape but my head is all over the place. Any spiritual practices or advice on balance? I absolutely was unfocused tonight in sparring..not me at all. Thanks, Grumps best of luck
