Dadubwa Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 History: I'm 16 I'm a lesbian (I feel like I introduce myself like that everytime lol) I'm dating this awesome girl, for almost 10 months now, we spend a WHOLE lot of time together 3-5 times a week! More time than any couple I know (well that doesn't live together and isn't married) ...we want to get married (if it's still legal) we are just totally in love! Like totallllllly Sistuation: everytime I'm alone...I kind of become depressed a little you know? Like I really just don't have anything to look forward to and it's just like...she isn't there...so I have nothing to do....but the sad part is when she's over we really don't do much anyways! idk it's just the fact of her BEING THERE...that makes me alot more happy than when she isn't....the weird thing is I'm a 100% happy kid I litterally believe I have a perfect life!... so some one help me out...why am depressed when she isn't around? When there isn't a dramatic change when she is? Another thing is I just discovered I'm an extreamly jealous person....idk it really doesn't seem like that on the surface but I truly am...I don't want to be greedy with her...but idk I get jealous when I see her around people she used to like and people who like her...it kinda sets me off a little and not to mention that she's very flirty all on her own...idk...some one help me out on that too!... THANKS!!!

I think that no matter how happy you are as a couple it is important to still have a sense of self and have the ability to be happy when your love isn't around. However it's good that you are aware of what is going on. I think you should try to find things you enjoy doing or friends you like to spend time with when she isn't around. Be careful with the jealousy because that's something that can really cause problems in a relationship. Also please keep in mind that although you are in love with this girlyou are both really young, and it is important to not put too much pressure on one another. Good Luck!
