I know this will mostly depend on one's strength, but I'd like some opinions or maybe even personal experiences.

This is fresh as in a week fresh but I have to start looking at the future. I am the one in pain, and alot of the breakup is my fault. I understand and am beginning to find help for the way I act or the way I take things for granted.

That being said, she is at a friends apt and is getting ready to sign a lease after moving out of my place. I don't want to be here anymore for several reasons. Number 1 is the rent, 2 would be recent memories and 3 I need a fresh start.

The only place nearby that actually makes sense for me is where shes at. Its a -300 hit off my rent and the places aren't really that bad for what they ask. Yea they're small but I know regardless of where I go I'm going to have to downsize. This will be in aprox 2 months from now.

I run the risk of seeing her or her car or her child or whatever, it is inevitable. But it really does make sense atm for me and my daughter. I am worried that her kid will see mine at the pool or something and I dunno....but I need to save money and this is the best option.

The only silver lining is that one of my best friends and his girl and kid also live there so I could always hang at their place for a bit or he would come over if I'm feeling down or need company. I just wonder if I'd be setting myself up for failure.

What do you consider failure in this situation?
