As the title says, what are the classy-est [and not] ways in which you were dumped or dumped someone.

I left him with one fork, one plate, one spoon, one knife, a glass, a mug, one TV and the bed with a note from my lawyer to let him know I filed for divorce

I guess that's classy because I didn't have to leave a glass...

Never been dumped very classy. But I don't think I've ever dumped someone in an un-classy way.

Honest but kind, while offering no false hope. It may sting, but it will allow them to move on the easiest. Being on the other side definitely made it easier to empathize.

For me the classiest way would be honest but kind.

With that said for the one being dumped, if it's not mutual it's going to hurt no matter how nicely you try to do it.

Bottom line.. Break ups suck.

That is classy !!! But also mean, a bachelor is not supposed to do dishes so having just 1 of everything sucks ... you have to wash them.

There may have been cases where both parties drifted apart from an external cause beyond their control (war etc.) or plainly just mutually got bored w/c I haven't seen among those I know. Either way, it's miserable and there's no class in suffering.....my 2c.

According to him he just needed the glass....

So what about you Radu?? How did you break up?

Dumped by text out of the blue, saying I can't communicate. Yet I was blindsided and dumped by text and refused to explain. Yet he called me crazy? My first ever breakup was also very similar.

Nothing too spectacular grace, it usually involved a phone call.

Classiest way i found was to do what he used to do to me. I always was the one doing the chasing in any kind of fight we had, as he started to blow cold... the day I did the same (locked myself up for 3 days over a small argument he started) he knew something was seriously wrong :p had just to say "yeah it's over" when he came back to ask why i wasn't chasing him.
